Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-10-01
Highlighted passages (1) are waiting for an owner decision or legal review and are not final. Everything else describes how Flowyn works today.
1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone using Flowyn and to all traffic Flowyn sends on your behalf: jobs, schedules, webhook deliveries, monitors and file processing.
2. You must not use Flowyn to
- call, monitor, load-test or scan systems you do not own or do not have permission to access, or send them traffic at a volume they did not agree to;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or run phishing, credential harvesting or fraud;
- store or distribute malware, or files you do not have the right to process;
- store or distribute child sexual abuse material, or content that is illegal where you or the recipient are;
- break the law, including export control and sanctions law, or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights;
- get around plan limits, rate limits, credit allowances or security controls, for example by creating multiple free workspaces to multiply the free allowance;
- access another customer's data or interfere with the Service;
- resell the Service as a standalone product without our written agreement.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. To stop a violation we may pause a schedule, endpoint or monitor, revoke an API key, or suspend a workspace, starting with the narrowest action that works. Where lawful and practical, we tell the workspace owner first. Repeated or serious violations can lead to termination under the Terms.
Report abuse to support@flowyn.dev with the details you have. Pending owner decision: confirm a dedicated abuse address
